3rd Line Data Engineering Specialist

**Active SC clearance required**

100% on-site - 5 days a week (Southampton site) 

INSIDE IR35

£420 per day

This role is dedicated to providing technical support and managed services to customers using Data Services technologies round the clock, 365 days a year. Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical issues and customer requests within defined standards.
• Document and communicate progress of incidents and requests.
• Collaborate with units for issue resolution.
• Develop technical knowledge within the team.
• Participate in on-call support and serve as SME for designated clients.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years in systems integrator support.
• In-depth knowledge of EMS products and IT systems.
• Experience in service lifecycle management.
• Strong technical expertise in Data Services technologies.
• Proficiency in service improvement and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Degree preferred.
• Vendor professional level certification required.
• ITIL v4 Foundation level preferred.
• BPSS, SC, and NPPV clearance mandatory.
