Job Description

With no set shift patterns we can offer you work to fit in and around your own lifestyle, with immediate starts available for those looking to enter the care industry, or those who are already experienced in the industry. Our visits are a minimum of an hour and may include Companionship, Home Help or Personal Care.  All you need is to CARE…  

Care Assistant Benefits:  

  • Excellent rate of pay  £11.00 per hour Monday to Friday increasing to £12.50 per hour Saturday & Sunday. Double pay on bank holidays.
  • Extra payments for mileage and wait-time between visits  
  • Flexible hours  we work with you to build a schedule that suits your needs – we only ask you make yourself available for an hour or so alternate weekends as well as the regular weekday visits works perfectly for our client schedules 
  • Minimum 1-hour calls  with your own regular matched clients  
  • Time to spend getting to know your clients with realistic and timely care plans for each visit  
  • Varied contracts available  from Zero Hours to Average Hours

Qualifications

Reliable, honest & trustworthy, friendly, smiley and caring.

We are looking for someone with experience of helping others, maybe personal experience of caring for a family member.  Formal care experience is not required - we provide full paid training.

You must be over 18 and have a valid UK driving licence with access to transport, it is essential as many of our clients live in rural areas.
