Job Description

With no awkward shift patterns we can offer you work to fit in and around your own lifestyle.  Are you currently working in warehouse or retail industry and now looking to enter the care industry and want that job that gives you the “feel good factor”, or you could be already experienced in the industry and looking to work for a quality care company that treats you just as well as the client.  Our visits are a minimum of an hour and may include Companionship, Home Help or Personal Care.  All you need is to CARE …  

Care Assistant Benefits:   

  • Excellent rate of pay £11.00 per hour Monday to Friday increasing to £12.50 per hour Saturday & Sunday. Double pay on bank holidays  
  • Extra payments for mileage and wait-time between visits  
  • Flexible hours we work with you to build a schedule that suits your needs – It’s not every weekend either, just alternate weekends as well as the regular weekday visits as we’ve found this works best for our staff and client schedules. 
  • Minimum 1-hour calls  with your own regular matched clients  
  • Time to spend getting to know your clients with realistic and timely care plans for each visit
  • Varied contracts available  fromZero Hours to Average Hours

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience of helping others, maybe personal experience of caring for a family member.  Formal care experience is not required - we provide full paid training. Your passion for taking care of someone else, being friendly whilst staying professional and your references will show that you are dependable, trustworthy and respectful.  

You must be over 18 and have a valid UK driving licence with access to transport, it is essential as many of our clients live in rural areas.
