Job Role:   A1 - Apprentice Engineer – Year 1 (4 Year Apprenticeship)

You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink’s brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. About the Role

You will be part of a supportive team, led by the Engineering Manager working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.  The training will be electrically biased, but the role is a broad spectrum, and you will develop both your electrical and mechanical skills.

As an A1- Apprentice Engineer – Year 1 your main tasks and duties will be:

• Develop an understanding of the importance of safety and quality within a manufacturing work environment.
• Complete all apprenticeship Qualifications to a high standard.
• Demonstrate Company Values whilst representing the Company within a learning environment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to develop within the apprenticeship framework to achieve Excellent Competency Levels.

Salary and Benefits

You will be paid an Annual salary of £16,380.00. Your shift pattern will 40 hour per week, from Monday to Friday. Your holiday entitlement will be 240 hours.  In addition, you will have 2 x your annual base salary, life assurance, a good company pension scheme, a sports and social fund and free on-site car parking.
