As a key player in our high-speed manufacturing environment, you will be instrumental in shaping the narrative of efficiency and continuous improvement. Embedded in the fabric of our operations, you will spearhead Budget Management. This involves providing essential inputs for maintenance and investment budget drafting to the Head of Production and Maintenance team, while also crafting budgets for general expenses.

You will navigate the intricacies of Use of Production Factors, meticulously monitoring distribution criticalities, managing stocks, orders, and distribution costs. Your collaboration with the Head of Production and Production Managers will be instrumental in optimizing production usage through detailed analysis. Additionally, you’ll maintain and update inventory data in the system.

Your role extends to being a consultant in Maintenance Planning, contributing to the planning of scheduled maintenance activities and defining the ideal timing for interventions.

In Continuous Improvement, you play a vital role by supporting the Production Manager, identifying improvements initiatives, and proposing areas for enhancement, within your realm of activities.

Active engagement in Performance Monitoring is crucial. This involves conducting real-time production and line performance analysis. Your role in production meetings will be present insightful observations derived from performance monitoring.

You will collaborate seamlessly in Production Scheduling, contributing to the drafting of weekly production schedules with the Production Scheduling responsible, supported by Head of Production and Production Managers.

In this pivot role, you will bring your relevant experience, offering valuable insights gained in the high-speed manufacturing environment. You will possess comprehensive knowledge of inventory process and the application of production KPIs, showcasing a solid understanding of planning techniques. You will be demonstrating a proficiency in Microsoft tools (excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point), ensure readiness for the demands of the role.

Ideally you will exhibit proficiency in the SAP system, underscoring adaptability to advanced technologies.
