Full Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Perform the role of SAP HCM Consultant specialising in Payroll. This role will predominantly include support work with the potential of global implementation projects, (including the facilitation of global workshops and requirement gathering sessions and extensive configuration and cutover activities).
Communicate effectively at all levels within the Customer and organisations
Design and implement Best Practice HCM solutions appropriate to Customer requirements and standards
Keep up to date with SAP, legislative changes and wider HCM technologies and developments
Delivery of complex solutions across a variety of different industry sectors
Prepare specifications, estimates and solution documentation to support work completed
Develop familiarity with clients operations and foster and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues to meet expected customer service levels
Gain awareness of commercial arrangements with clients and contribute to these as appropriate
Any other reasonable duty or request

Role description:

Our HCM Consultants are involved in the delivery of large end to end SAP implementations, as well as significant Enhancements and support. Field consultants are also expected to work supporting our existing customers whilst not on Project work.

Our consultants use their expertise and skills in design, development, integration, testing and deployment to help our clients achieve their objectives.

As a key member of the AMS Team the Consultant will ensure design and realisation of functional solutions are fit for purpose and delivered against stated business requirements

The Consultant will assess available technologies, and recommend solution options according to the customer's activities and requirements. You will be expected to collaborate with customers, other consultants and core stakeholders to understand user requirements.

HCM Consultants must be able to work independently on client site.

Required skills & experience:

A minimum of 7 years' experience in SAP on premise payroll, extensive implementation and support experience with a minimum of 2 full implementations of SAP payroll - end to end
Must have extensive Time Evaluation experience
SAP on premise HCM; extensive implementation and support experience.
