ANALYTICS MANAGER – SAVINGS ACCOUNTS

£90,000 + BONUS + WORK FROM ABROAD

LONDON


A very successful financial lending institution in the UK who are widely known to be one of the best FinTechs operating in the market is recruiting a new Analytics Manager in their savings account department to lead analytics in this space.


THE COMPANY


This financial institution is based in London. They are a fast-paced FinTech lender who cover all lending products on the consumer side. They are leading in this field and are known to be a great place to work and develop in further.


THE ROLE


The role is an Analytics Manager, leading their acquisition and existing customer first line strategies.


Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Extracting valuable insights from data and leveraging them to guide decision-making across customer, market, industry, and commercial domains.
  • Analyzing the potential and recent introductions of features and products to assess their impact on customer satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Developing and delivering reports, metrics, and measures to track savings, efficiency, and performance.
  • Collaborating with software engineers, product designers, and operational teams to optimize customer experiences.
  • Presenting intricate data analyses and distilling pivotal insights for the Savings team and senior management.
  • Utilizing data-driven approaches to inform commercial decision-making processes.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of savings markets dynamics to interpret changes in metrics and business models.
  • Supporting growth initiatives by monitoring key metrics, identifying areas for enhancement, and proposing actionable strategies.
  • Engaging in technical projects to deepen comprehension of systems and their interconnections with other teams.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


  • Strong SQL skills
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial/business acumen
  • Strong numerate degree


SALARY AND BENEFITS


  • £90,000 base salary
