APPOINTMENT SETTER

WIGAN

   UP TO £24K + COMMISSION   

We are working with a expanding local business in the Wigan area.  Based within modern offices on a local business park, they are looking to recruit an Appointment Setter to work closely with the Sales Manager and supporting the Sales Team.  The main focus of this role is to schedule appointments with key decision makers, both new and existing clients.  

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Making outbound calls to clients from the in-house system and sourcing tools
• Managing pipeline tasks on the CRM system
• Building rapport and identifying cross selling options
• Scheduling appointments for the sales team
• Responding to incoming queries from customers from various social media platforms
• Working to and achieving targets

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Be self motivated, customer focussed and target driven
• Be confident, with experience of converting calls to sales opportunities
