VALLEY RV SUPERCENTER IS HIRING!

YOU MUST POSSES MECHANICAL APTITUDE. We are not looking to train those who are not mechanically inclined.
Apprentice RV Technicians earn a competitive hourly rate of $22-$26/hr, depending on experience and training. We are NOT a flat rate dealership. You will meet the service manager, shop foreman, and service advisors as part of your interview process.
In this position you will be working with a lead technician. They will be training you, you will be lending a helping hand to that technician. This is on the job training, not school based learning. We also support and require 1.5 hours a week of classroom training with your peers. This is video based training as well as hands on labs.
You must have a High School Diploma. A Valid Washington State drivers license with a good/clean driving record!

requirements will be:
Team player - Non negotiable. If you do not work well with others in a team environment, please do not apply. We work as a team and believe this is the best process.
Valid Washington state drivers license with excellent driving record
Self Motivated - We will hold you accountable, although it is easier to do the job yourself rather than us constantly pushing you.
Maintain quality - this goes without saying. If doing the job right the first time is not in your workmanship, then this is not the opportunity for you.
You have to care - If you are looking for just a job, we are not the place for you. We want to grow people, cultivate teamwork, have fun, deliver a great product to our customers/guests.
Other duties as assigned by management
40 hours per week
Saturday Schedule - If you like to earn extra money, our Saturday crew earns a bonus for working every Saturday. This team has every Sunday/Monday off. They still work the 40 hours.
Overtime available - if necessary. Not always.
Own Tools - You must have your
own tools. This is non negotiable. We believe in teamwork and
sharing, and in the same thought we believe having your own tools
shows an investment not only in yourself, but in your future! If you
are starting out, we do provide a list of the basic tools needed to
start.
