ARC Operator - Birchwood

Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. From initial design, supply and installation, through to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, we maintain the capability to help prevent, detect and monitor Fire and Security risks for our customers up and down the country. We are currently looking to appoint a new ARC Operator located at our ARC in Birchwood.

Basic Salary – £25,500 per annum

Marlowe Fire & Security’s ARC Operator’s

Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12hr shifts), our team provides an intelligent response to our customers covering alarm monitoring and reactive system faults by dispatching engineers to site.

  • Provide CCTV monitoring services and meet required standards and customer SLA’s.
  • Provide Fire / Intruder alarm monitoring services and meet required standards and customer SLA’s
  • Provide an Out of Hours Service Call-Out function in accordance with MFSG requirements and policies.
  • To provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Complete appropriate incident reports as required.

For this specific opportunity, we are looking for candidates who offer:

  • Prior experience working in an ARC function.
  • Willingness to work shift patterns that may often include unsociable hours. Shift patterns will typically amount to an average of 42 hours per week.
  • Experience of working on computers including MS Office and Windows.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • An SIA Front Line Public Space CCTV Licence is desirable.
