Full Job Description

Working within our specialist ASB team supporting customers, colleagues and other stakeholders with managing and resolving anti-social behaviour cases. We are looking for someone with great communication skills and a passion for excellent service who has experience in ASB Case Management to join the team. Working via a mixture of office, remote and home working (two days in the office, three days working from home) you will be managing a varied ASB caseload, including the most serious and complex cases. With this in mind, experience of managing ASB cases within a Housing environment is preferred.  

Working with well-established policies and processes, we're looking for someone who can build great relationships with customers, colleagues, community stakeholders and partner agencies, using all available tools to bring cases to a swift and successful conclusion. You'll need strong communication skills and an ability to develop problem-solving responses to anti-social behaviour. Our ideal candidate has experience in preparing legal notices, formal witness statements and proportionality assessments, you will have the confidence and competence to represent Paradigm in court and get successful outcomes for our communities.
