We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Loyalty Planner to be part of the Asda Rewards Loyalty team. Asda Rewards launched a month ago and currently in the top 5 downloads on the app store.
You'll work with the Loyalty Manager to create and manage the Asda Reward offers as part of the loyalty programme. As a Loyalty Planner, you'll have some key deliverables, including creation and execution of Asda Rewards offers for our customers and working with commercial to deliver these to the customer.
About the role:
You'll work in an agile team launching and formulating Asda's first ever loyalty proposition, taking the proposition to scale and beyond by:
- Executing an Asda Rewards trade plan alongside the Loyalty Manager
- Responsible for loading of these offers within the loyalty platform ensuring legally compliant
- Accuracy of offers ensuring that all offers are executed right first time through agreed best practices
- Improving the offer management systems, alongside the other members of the Loyalty team and be the expert on usage of the system
- Responsible for aspects of the segmented offers strategy, getting tailored and personalised offerings to individuals or sets of customers working with the Data team
- Accountable for reporting and insight on offer performance and working alongside data/commercial to improve offerings for the future.
- Working with Commercial and Customer teams on our marketing materials for key offerings across digital and printed comms.
- Collaborate with buyers and category planners to ensure a strong loyalty trade plan and all relevant details are handed over for execution accurately
About you:
The role requires a strong eye for detail to ensure correct implementation of offers. You will have knowledge of commercial or offer management in a previous role either working in buying, central admin, data science, Mod planning, category planning, supply, store or online. Confident and strong knowledge of taking insight, data and reporting to spot business opportunities and develop brand new propositions to improve Asda Rewards.
You will also have;
- Experienced in working with data, retail systems such as retail link and ideally an understanding of reporting
- Experience of working with customer functions such as CRM, POS and Brand Communications
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Retail experience in a fast paced environment is preferred
- Experience of working for an app is preferred but not essential
