ROLE: ATS Partner Manager

LOCATION: Fleet, Hampshire 

BASIS: Hybrid 

HOURS: Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.30pm 

SALARY: Excellent Salary

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly commercial ATS Partner Manager to join our business and take the lead role in developing our ATS partner network. Developing our ATS partner network is one of the most critical areas for the future growth of our business and this individual will play a key role in developing our ATS network for CV-Library in the UK, and Resume-Library in the US, as well as supporting our future global business expansion. The role offers a huge scope for future growth. 

This role will play a key part in enhancing our candidate journey by integrating with a network of ATS partners who will support in streamlining the jobseeker experience and maximise our click to conversion ratios. These integrations will play a critical role in expanding our marketplace of direct employers by delivering quality candidates at highly competitive rates, and our future growth is underlined by delivering a step change improvement of KPIs in this area as well as increased value from our traffic acquisition investment.  

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and commercial experience, with a track record of identifying commercially viable ATS Partners, developing and nurturing of key relationships, building frameworks for successful integrations and commercial negotiation. You will have an analytical mindset with the ability to use data to establish value proposition and apply this to the business’s key focus areas. This individual will also be a key representative of CV-Library and Resume-Library at external industry events and conferences, building a network of valuable strategic business partnerships that will contribute to the growth in our ATS Network. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with Customer Success and Revenue organisation to identify, contact and convert high potential ATS Partners 
  • Nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure we are achieving maximum value from them, as well as securing new opportunities with their existing direct clients  
  • Collaborate with the Product and Technical teams to establish a streamlined and repeatable approach to integrations   
  • Work closely with our Performance team to provide forecasting to ensure the business understands upfront the expected return vs. investment for each integration. 
  • Manage contracts and terms for all new partners. 
  • Actively research opportunities and be at the forefront of emerging trends across the jobs market to identify new partner opportunities and keep CV-Library and Resume Library at the cutting edge of the ATS market. 
  • Develop a solid understanding of the groups business and services in order to identify the right partnership opportunities, with a focus on quality and cost efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with the wider businesses commercial owners to expand our partner portfolio outside of the UK market and ensuring profitable growth for the business. 
  • Regularly report on ATS KPIs to the senior leadership team to ensure that we are on track to meet objectives. 


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience where you have sourced, negotiated, and launched ATS partnerships. 
  • An excellent knowledge of the recruitment marketplace. Experience within Jobs and Recruitment with an existing portfolio of contacts and your own professional network will be a significant advantage. 
  • Proven track record of working independently and cross-functionally to drive revenue and business value. 
  • Proven track record of working with technical teams to deliver integrations efficiently and repeatably. 
  • Comfortable developing quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business cases. 
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen. 
  • Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proactive, confident and ability to work independently.
