ACCOUNT CLERK

Location: Letchworth, Bedfordshire, SG6

Salary: £25 - £28K

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An award winning, highly regarded independent property company that specialise Property Sales and Lettings are now seeking an Account Clerk.

You will be working closely with the Property Management Team and you will need to be organised, efficient and able to work accurately in a fast-moving environment.

Some experience in Property Management Accounts is beneficial because you will need to hit the ground running in a busy department.

Skills: The skills required for this Account Clerk role will include:

• Previous experience in Property Management Accounts beneficial
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Excellent telephone manner
• Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
• Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Thoroughly professional approach to Property Management
