Full Job Description

Daniel Owen agency are looking for Account Director, within the London area, to start immediately.

In order to be successful in this position, you must have previous experience as a Account Manager.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Responsible for making senior level decisions that will determine the basis of the entire contract, including budgets and service performance
  • Authorised to make decisions across all areas of the contract
  • Manage all lines of communication to the client, including attending both scheduled and ad-hoc meetings with the relevant stakeholders. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with the client
  • Understand and drive the aspiration to exceed the client's requirements within the contract, ensuring that all colleagues are aligned to these targets
  • Develop and manage KPI's for all management teams in line with the direction of the contract and the client's expectations
  • Meet regularly with direct reports including structured 1-2-1's, whilst ensuring the operation is not disturbed, to identify any issues or concerns
  • Conduct performance reviews and evaluations of the direct reports, using and discussing key metrics within the reporting as a baseline
  • Review the contract on a frequent basis to ensure service delivery is optimised, identifying efficiency's
  • Compile reports as required by the client, including but not limited to: Health & Safety, cleaning standards, and staffing levels
  • Ensure that appropriate budgets are set for all areas of spend within train cleaning and that these are monitored, controlled, and delivered
