·     Marketing Agency experience within the FMCG sector.

· Leadership skills, capable of driving commercial growth and exceptional delivery for key strategic clients.

·   The ability to motivate, inspire and mobilise an account management team in a way that delivers category-leading work for FMCG brands.

·     Brilliant high-level business relationships skills that positions you as an expert in your field.

·     A charismatic style that’s inspiring and entertaining.

·     Proven to be a strategic thinker, who’s confident writing proposals and presenting to clients.

·     A formidable client-centric thinker that leverages a growth mindset in a way that pushed boundaries and challenges the status quo to achieve exceptional results.

·    Distinctive, heavyweight FMCG experience and agency experience.

·     A relentless can-do attitude and be obsessively organised, with a drive to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.

·     The commitment to continue to grow, learn and develop.

·     A knowledge of all the key channels of both on and off-trade and touchpoints and an insatiable desire to find new and exciting ways to deliver experiences to our audiences.
