Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Melksham, who are actively looking to recruit an experienced Account Executive to join the team on a permanent basis
What you will be doing:
Support the client facing account teams in providing a service that focuses on putting the customer first, delivering against agreed SLA's and KPI's at all times.
- To take a full and detailed brief from the client, and able to relay this through the design and production team.
- Managing projects from start to finish through the business to provide client satisfaction.
- Assist the account and production teams, meeting all business objectives.
What you will need to succeed:
- Able to manage customer accounts and relationships for multiple clients, ideally within retail and FMCG sectors
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects within budget, with over-lapping timescales, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong communication and IT skills including excel, excellent organisational ability and time management
- Due to location, own transport is essential
