Position:             Account Manager – Film & Entertainment
Salary:                Up to £45,000
Location:  Hybrid – London based office

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the Client Services Team at a well-established, market leading visual communications group who specialise in the design, print and fulfilment of promotional marketing materials that stand out in a crowded market.

Reporting to the Account Director, the ideal candidate will provide a service that focuses on putting the customer first and delivering against agreed SLA’s and KPI’s at all times.

Primary Objectives

  • Project manage jobs from start to finish. Projects will include design, print, in-store branding/signage and installation services.
  • Take briefs to ensure that all relevant information is captured.
  • Review processes and self-improvements that will benefit the client and your development.
  • Manage client expectations and aim to deliver exceptional service
  • Build and develop excellent relationships with the production teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Take a hands-on approach to issue resolution
  • Continually look for other opportunities within your client base

  Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and brief projects and take full responsibility for service delivery
  • Attend client briefing meetings, be confident in offering advice and support
  • Suggest how to add value to processes and systems whenever possible
  • Spend time in stores viewing campaigns and offer ideas for improvements etc
  • Produce case studies, PIR’s and competitor research relevant to the client
  • Seeks cost saving and innovation opportunities
  • Maintain a WIP and gain purchase order numbers from clients
  • Manage purchase order process, obtaining purchase order numbers for all jobs
  • Support client and MPD team with any post campaign follow ups, issue resolution etc
  • Ensure that all client information is kept up to date and accurate at all times
  • Create any required reporting or forecasting for the client and business.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Good social, communication and organisation skills and able to develop positive relationships
  • The ability to prioritise work and meet client needs with good accuracy, passion for quality and attention to detail
  • Confident in front of clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrates a positive and ‘can do’ approach at all times
  • Ability to be adaptable to business needs
  • Good IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
