Accounts Payable Manager

Full Job Description

• To drive and motivate change within a large transactional team.
• To lead on the implementation of new AP invoice capture tool. Continuous updates to senior finance team of progress throughout implementation.
• To assist with the implementation of a new accounting system.
• Support training across the business of new AP systems and processes.
• Reporting on monthly KPIs to senior Finance stakeholders.
• Monitoring AP and payment team overall performance and managing the setting of targets throughout.
• Resolving internal and external queries in relation to AP, Payments.
• Authorisation and approvals of daily payments.
• Manage the regular review of Supplier Statement Reconciliation.
• Assist with relevant group audits on new systems and implementing recommendations.
• Reviewing and assisting in the data cleanse of supplier master data and invoices.

• Experience in implementation of AP automation software.
• Ability to motivate large transactional teams.
• Strong relationships with business stakeholders.
• A self-starter with the ability work in a fast paced and changing environment to support the team in delivering results.
