The role…

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of accounts payable, maintain accurate records, and ensure that payments are processed efficiently.

Responsibilities: • Processing invoices and payment transactions • Reconciling invoices to purchase orders • Maintaining vendor relationships and resolving any discrepancies • Ensuring all payments are made in accordance with company policy

The requirements from you

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist • Good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping procedures • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel • Excellent organization and communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
