Position: Full-Time Temporary Admin Officer - Manchester city
centre
Contract: 3-6 months with the possibility of extending
further
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours
per week)
Hourly Rate: 11.59 increasing to 11.88 after 12 weeks
completed
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an
organised, motivated Admin Officer to support the admin team based in
our offices in Manchester city centre This role includes but is not
restrictive to data inputting, typing of court orders, fee accounting
and listing of court hearings. The role involves manual filing of
papers and files. Face to face interaction with judiciary and court
users on a daily basis. Completion of office post, opening of office
post, Telephone work and face to face customer interaction. Hosting of
video link hearings on which training will be provided. Knowledge of
outlook, excel and word beneficial. Training provided on internal
computer systems. Excellent communication and IT skills are required
for this post.
Requirements:
" Minimum qualifications: Five
GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent),
NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical
experience.
" Strong administrative skills with proficiency in
Microsoft Office.
" Excellent communication skills, both written
and verbal.
