Full Job Description
My Public Sector Client based in Stoke-on-Trent, is looking for an
Administrator to support their Divorce team.
This is a
temporary role that commences on the 3rd of June. The role is
full-time, working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm or 10.00am to
6.00pm, 37.00 hours a week, paying 11.88 an hour.
This role is
an admin-based role where you will be processing divorce petitions and
helper fees.
Day to day you will be:
- Navigating through
internal computer systems
- Using Microsoft office packages such as
Word, Excel and Outlook
- Working independently as well as within a
team
- Effectively communicating with internal and external
stakeholders
Essential criteria:
- 1+ years admin
experience
- Excellent communication skills
This role will
provide hybrid working, where you will be expected in the office for
at least 60% of the time.
Please note, the first week of the
induction is remote (the successful candidate needs to have an
appropriate space at home to work). The rest of the training will take
place on-site at the training academy.
This role will require
a clear DBS to be in place, and three years referencing.
