Job DescriptionOur client HM
Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of
Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system
across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.
Our justice system defends our fundamental rights and freedoms. It
is a cornerstone of our modern society and it must serve all those who
call on it, when they call on it. From some of the most vulnerable
people in our society, to families in crisis, claimants and commercial
businesses - HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system
that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently.
Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer to work
with in a large public sector client within the legal sector at
Swindon Magistrates Courts

An
Admin Officer is required at Swindon Magistrates courts initial
contract until end of June 2024
£11.44 per
hour
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Parking available on
site
Duties include:
Microsoft packages
Checking,
processing and responding to court applications
Informing the
courts and prisons establishment of the diarised defendent hearing
Dealing with customers via telephone and face to face
Using the
internal systems to log data - training will be provided
3 year referencing and DBS clearance is required for
this role.
