Role Purpose:
The role provides critical support to assist in ensuring delivery of all aspects of the contract. You will be responsible for supporting end to end delivery; take responsibility and ownership for maintaining Client & BV aligned systems, ensuring all aspects of the core contract are delivered every time. This role requires a highly organised individual with the ability to communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain client databases with activities dates, and reports.
- Responsible for the control and organisation of the management and maintenance of client central records and internal database information via the appropriate external systems if applicable (i.e. Siebel)
- Support the planning teams to enable an effective schedule of works.
- Develop strong working relationship with key supplier stakeholders.
- Ensure all additional client requests passed to colleagues across Bureau Veritas network are acted upon.
- Promote and support the culture of ‘One BV’ within the team
- Able to work under tight deadlines & pressure.
Experience
- Be IT literate with an advanced knowledge of Excel and MS word.
- Have excellent communication skills and be client focused.
- Be prepared to attend training and stay overnight where training requires
- Able to accurately interpret, analyse and deliver data to set deadlines.
- Proactive in and enthusiastic in their approach to work.
- Be willing to confront and adapt to new challenges.
- Have the proven ability to enhance and improve working practices.
- Have a sound knowledge of finance/invoicing systems.
