Administration Assistant

Asset Intelligence

Warrington

An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join the Asset Intelligence team at Galliford Try.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist the team with monitoring the production and quality of design and project management documentation in line with Asset Intelligence processes and procedures. 
  • Assist the team with conducting regular quality audits and help to complete the audit compliance forms. 
  • Assist the team in producing promotional material for the Asset Intelligence business (i.e. case studies, capability statements etc.) 
  • Assist the team with printing and copying of documents, ensuring printers are appropriately maintained and replacement materials available.
  • To provide feedback on the document management systems (Projectwise, CEMAR, Asite, etc.) to the Document Managers, helping to improve processes and procedures.
  • The management of design deliverable documents to make sure they are stored on the server in the correct location on SharePoint and are the latest revision. 
  • To assist the team to maintain the Drawing & Document Register / Transmittal (DDRT) recording when documents are received and issued. 
  • Ensure meeting room bookings are well managed including any requirements for refreshments are arranged prior to meetings.
  • Assist with the i ssue of documents onto the clients document management system (Sharepoint, Viewpoint, Projectwise, CEMAR, Asite, etc.) and manage client responses back to appropriate team members. 
  • Assist with the compilation of O&M Manuals for all Asset Intelligence projects throughout their lifecycle, including H&S Files.

  • An organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • The ability to gain security clearances up to the desired level to allow access to sensitive material.
