Administration and Welfare Officer

Hours of work: 40 hours p/w (Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm)
Salary: upto 32,500.00 per annum depending on experience

We're currently supporting them in recruiting a dedicated Administration and Welfare Officer to join their dynamic team in Cardiff.

Purpose of the Role:
Reporting directly to the Accommodation Manager, the Administration and Welfare Officer will be responsible for the Initial Accommodation administration functions and data entry. This includes managing bed space allocation, void management, occupancy agreements, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IA administration functions including data entry and record keeping.
  • Oversee bed space allocation, void management, and occupancy agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual requirements.
  • Support the IA Manager in various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or welfare-related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of welfare systems and procedures is desirable.
