This role is responsible for administrative duties and supporting the operational needs of the facility. This position will maintain resident charts, both paper and electronically, responsible for tracking vehicle maintenance needs, maintains inventory for facility supplies, and will coordinate with outside entities to ensure that facility needs are being met administratively. Additional responsibilities will include chart audits, tracking training needs of staff, support operational needs upon resident admissions and discharges, technology troubleshooting and coordination with IT, and will work closely with the Administrative Coordinator III to ensure that all operational and administrative needs are met.

Work is performed in a standard office setting.
High School diploma or equivalent AND two (2) years or more of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization.
OR
One year of full-time college coursework in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or closely related field AND one (1) year or more of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization.
OR
Two years of full-time college coursework OR and associate's degree in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or closely related field.
OR
One (1) year or more of experience as an Administrative Services Technician IV with the State of Vermont.
For
some positions experience working with the VISION system VISION is the
State of Vermont PeopleSoft financial management system may be
required.
NOTE: Only administrative work experience is qualifying.

administration, finance, human resources, payroll, purchasing, or
