Administrator - Child Protection Convenor/Minute Taker
Pay: 12.34
Length : 4 months:
Days/Hours : Monday - Friday
Location: Hybrid working will be from the office at OAS or William Knibb in Kettering as and when face to face Child Protection Conferences is scheduled.
When not required for a face-to-face meeting option to work from home unable to guarantee no. of days WFH.
Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Northamptonshire Children's Trust for an Administrator - Child Protection Minute Taker. To provide support to the Trust in the production of accurate records of the content and decisions and recommendations of a range of statutory processes for Child Protection Conferences.
Required skills
Minute taking experience of complex meetings with the ability to type directly into a laptop.
A high level of verbal and written communication skills, fluency in the English language is essential.
Emotional resilience, be able to process information of a potentially distressing nature.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to concentrate for long periods, despite distractions and disruptions.
Brief Duties.
To attend and produce accurate and high-quality records of Child Protection Conferences for agreement and verification by the appropriate operational managers in a report format which accords with current child safeguarding protocols.
Travel independently to locations throughout Northamptonshire to attend a range of statutory groups and meetings in relation to Children's' Services. (Applicants must have use of a car to travel between locations).
Set up room prior to start of conference.
Meet and greet attendees for conferences in a courteous and professional manner.
