Administrator

6-month contract initially

South Gyle, Edinburgh

Up to 13 per hour

**** Immediate start ****

Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy team in South Gyle. They are looking for someone that has excellent IT and Administration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of rosters and timesheets.
  • Accurately updating systems, databases, and records.
  • Set up and maintain efficient filing systems for the Section.
  • Undertake general office administration duties for the Delivery Manager using a range of knowledge and skills to provide effective support.
  • Updating lease van spreadsheets, booking in repairs with the vehicle lease company and arranging collections.
  • Processing staff annual leave requests.
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies.

Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience of clerical administration support
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Knowledge of relevant IT systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.
  • Rail experience (Desired)
