Full Job Description

Requirements of the Role


  • General administrative duties for the Perth Rural team covering a wide range of property types and clients.
  • Audio/copy typing, drafting and formatting of letters, agreements, and other documentation.
  • Administering Re-leased system used by the team in relation to property management
  • Administering online compliance systems in relation to property management
  • Issuing works orders/ job instructions to a wide variety of contractors
  • To act as first point of contact for clients and staff taking a professional and friendly approach at all times.
  • Politely screen telephone enquiries/requests from visitors, clients and staff at all levels and action appropriately, providing cover for overflow phone lines as required.
  • Ensure office systems, data and files, etc, are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Working with others, dealing with mail received into the Rural Department, including providing occasional cover for logging and distributing cheque payments as required and in line with company procedures.
