Position: Social Worker - Adolescent Team
Location: North London
Salary: Up to £39 per hour
Work Arrangement: Hybrid working model available

Role Overview:
As a Social Worker in the Adolescent Team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support and intervention services to young people in need. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing risks and needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions to promote positive outcomes for adolescents. Your work will focus on safeguarding and supporting young people through various challenges they may face, including but not limited to, substance abuse, mental health issues, and involvement in criminal activities.

Key Requirements:

• Social Work England (SWE) registration
• Proven experience as a children's social worker
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and issues
• Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external agencies
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional practice
