We currently have an Adoptions Coordinator position available for a motivated individual to join our team in Exeter. Joining us on a full-time permanent basis , you will receive a competitive salary of £24,500 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience plus excellent benefits.
 
About the role
 
As our Adoptions Coordinator you will develop applications for new water and sewer adoptions in accordance with industry guidance, service level requirements and Water Industry Act.
 
What you’ll be doing:
    • Responsible for the delivery of  schemes under the adoption processes within the business and wider requirements of Ofwat/Water Industry Act.
    • Represent SWW  at meetings with customers, developers and other interest groups to ensure South West Water position is maintained and supported.
    • Responsible for the necessary details, consents and approved drawings to be available to enable Legal Agreements for the adoption of clean and waste assets to be accurately produced and issued.
    • Responsible for delivering of the projects in line with the financial rules within the business and wider requirements of Ofwat/Water Industry Act.
    • Hold effective cross functional relationships to support with the management of applications and onward delivery of schemes and work in accordance with our Service Level Agreements and target customer experience.
What we are looking for:
    • Educated to NVQ in Civil Engineering to Level 3 standard (Construction in the build environment or similar)
    • NVQ Level 2 in CAD or equivalent.
    • Previous experience of production of CAD drawings for utilities in AutoCAD
    • Organised and strong decision maker with the ability to prioritise your own workload
    • Experience in Design and Construction Clean and Waste apparatus (desirable)
