• Encourage and mentor your team to success by delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Motivate and support the Aftersales team to achieve their personal career goals and targets
• Maximise efficiency and hours sold by driving the overall performance of the workshop
• Support the Service department to utilise all platforms an opportunities to upsell
• Ensure your team is compliant with the group's financial processes
• Bring your experience and ideas for the dealership and help navigate it to success.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Aftersales Manager
• A proven record of managing a successful aftersales department
• Collaborative management approach
• Main Dealership Experience
• Drive and enthusiasm for the role

You will be asked to work Monday to Friday 8 am until 6 pm with no weekends required. You will be rewarded with a basic salary starting at 36k Basic with the potential earning of up to 52k per annum.
