Aftersales Web Assistant
Nicholls and Clarke are currently looking for a Aftersales Web Assistant to join their successful web sales team, based in Chadwell Heath.
Founded in 1875 Nicholls and Clarke Group are a manufacturer, distributor and retailer of building materials throughout the UK. We have a committed team of over 450 people supplying building materials to the trade and retail markets.
The Aftersales Web Assistant will be a proficient telesales/customer service representative and a good communicator with the drive to achieving excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Processing orders received from our website, eBay and any other platforms used
* Managing incoming call and emails from Customers and assisting them with requests
* Proactive approach to managing customers, but NO COLD CALLING
* Trouble shooting, with the capability to resolve problems
* Assisting with website reviews and updates
* Updating platforms such as, eBay, competitor analysis and gathering market data
* Completing spreadsheets with product data
* Preparing images ready for upload to websites
* Monitor and manage communications on Social Media platforms
* Assist the web and online sales function as future plans are developed
Key Requirements & Skills:
* Must have basic knowledge of MS Excel
* Knowledge of pivot tables advantageous, but not essential
* Good communication skills
* The ability to manage customers in all situations
* Good attention to detail
* Basic/ working knowledge of Kerridge (KCS) K8, Microsoft Outlook & Office applications, eBay and Amazon selling (or other platforms), Adobe Photoshop/PhotoSuite, not essential but would be advantageous
* Experience in HTML Coding, advantageous
* Ideally come from a Customer Service background
