Weekend Chef Position Available at Probation Centre

Position: Probation Centre Chef
Location: Probation Centre
Hours: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Shifts: 4 days on 4 days off rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for staff and residents at the probation centre
• Work independently in the kitchen
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience as a chef de partie (CDP) or upwards
• Basic DBS certificate required
• Availability to work weekends
