Full Job Description
We are recruiting for an F Gas Service Engineer in Air conditioning and Refrigeration. Experienced in VRV, VRF & SplitsDuties and Responsibilities
Fault finding Planned Maintenance Undertaking preparatory work. Inspecting, testing, Identifying and rectifying faults. On call Rota Maintaining effective working relationships with fellow workers. Overseeing work activities
• HOURS OF WORK Normal working hours 45 per week, 7.00 am. to 4.00 pm. Monday to Friday (60-minute paid break each day) Typical working day - On Site Start time 7.00 am – tools down at 3.30 pm - period of 30 minutes travel time. Start/finish time may vary depending on business needs, but you will be inspected to work 9 hours per day. Overtime, as necessitated by the needs of the business including weekends, on public holidays or at other times outside your normal hours of work.
• WORK ON CALL Rota £250.00 per week / Christmas & New Year £500 per week (On Call rota us currently one week in six)
• SUMMER BONUS This scheme is offered to all engineers to apply for the Company discretionary summer bonus scheme. ( 2 weeks additional basic pay if no annual leave is taken between 1st of June to the 30th September)
• CHRISTMAS BONUS Benefit performance related bonus based on 10% of total overtime completed within a 12-month period and is payable in your December wage.
• OVERTIME The overtime rate Monday – Saturday is time and a half and double time on Sunday and Bank Holidays, Door to door
• ANNUAL LEAVE 20 days. You will be entitled to an additional day’s annual leave for each completed year of service up to a maximum of five additional days.
