Air Testing Technician

My client is a rapidly growing building services consultancy that operates in 20 offices across England. They oversee all stages of a project's lifecycle, starting from the initial design phases to completion. Their services include advising clients on various areas such as environmental impact, energy efficiency, and performance. The client caters to both residential and commercial developments and is committed to expanding their reach nationwide.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of building regulations and construction industry guidelines is necessary
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are needed
• Holds a Full UK driving license, as the job may require travel to various locations
• Ideal candidate should have either a Level 1 or Level 2 ATTMA certification
• Proficiency in key modelling and IT software packages is crucial to the role

Duties/Reasonability

• Collaborate with onsite stakeholders during the project life cycle
• Develop and design test methodologies
• Gather and analyse data to produce informative and actionable reports
• Implement corrective measures for sites that do not meet testing standards
• Transport equipment from the laboratory to the testing sites and set up equipment in preparation for assessments
