Salary: 25,000 - 32,000, Plus Benefits
The Company:
Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a specialist UK based company who provide professional building compliance services. They have over 30 years' experience delivering Building Safety Regulator (BSR) approved services in major UK infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects. An exciting opportunity has become available as an Air Testing Technician, situated in Newcastle.
Requirements:
- Full UK drivers license
- ATTMA Level 1 or above.
- Good IT skills including the ability to use spreadsheets, email and manage files.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
The Role:
- Safely transporting technical equipment between sites.
- Conducting tests in accordance with CIBSE TM23:2000, BS EN13829:2001 and ATTMA TSL1 & TSL2 British Standards.
- Writing ATTMA short reports.
- Liaising with key professionals on site.
