Air Testing Technician

My client offers a wide range of building inspection services to both residential and commercial sectors. They support their clients at every stage of the building process, starting from the pre-design phase and ending with the completion handover. Furthermore, they strongly adhere to environmental and sustainability principles and focus on implementing eco-friendly and sustainable designs and strategies to ensure that their clients meet all the necessary British standards and building regulations.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Holds a Full UK driving license
• Level 1 or Level 2 ATTMA certification
• Proficient in key modelling and IT software packages
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of building regulations and construction industry guidelines

Duties/Reasonability

• Active involvement with construction site teams
• Advising clients on the appropriate remedial options in case of failure
• Analysing and interpreting results during testing
• Creating compliance reports after the testing process
• Effective communication with clients and site agents
• Identifying potential issues and/or weaknesses in the building design
• Performing pre-test audits
