Our client is in the healthcare sector and is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (5-8 years pqe) to join this incredibly innovative and fast-expanding company!
You will be part of a “best in class” legal team supporting on a broad range of legal matters across the business as well as helping to implement strategic legal and compliance projects with a focus on consumers.
Our client is particularly interested in a Qualified Corporate lawyer or Litigators who has been working for a leading law-firm, but who is now focussed on making a move in-house.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate on a diverse range of legal documents and contracts.
- Assist with any contractual disputes and manage litigation cases.
- Support stakeholders across the business with any corporate and commercial matters.
- Provide prompt and pragmatic legal advise ensuring legal compliance and identify and mitigate contractual and operational risk.
The right person:
- A Qualified Solicitor with 5-8 years PQE.
- Ability to provide commercially-focused legal advice.
- Analytically minded with the ability to evaluate and manage business risks.
- Ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
- Experience of or an understanding of a consumer-focussed business.
