Full Job Description

A blue-chip FMCG brand with a host of leading brands in the personal care space, coming to market with a really interesting opportunity to be the first person owning eCommerce in a number of European markets.


They've got an established eCommerce business in the UK & US, but it's quite fragmented across Europe - this role is looking for someone to come in, undertake a thorough audit of everything they are currently doing and pull it together into one central P&L and strategy.


It's a mixture of customers - Amazon, e-retail and some distributors - and currently it's all being managed by various teams / team members, so there's no central strategy & way of working.


They're looking for someone who has the following:


  • Experience of working with Amazon across Europe - they operate a hybrid of 1P and 3P so both would be great but either is fine
  • Experience of working with non-Amazon eCommerce customers - any of e-retail, pureplay, wholesale, distributors
  • An excitement about going into a role with a lack of process & structure right now, and wants to build it
  • Strong commercial nous - has managed a £mn P&L


Languages would be great (Italy and Spain in particular) but aren't essential.


Salary up to £60k + bonus, Central London HQ 2-3 days a week and international travel every few months.
