The Company

A leading pharmaceuticals company in Northumberland are looking to recruit an Analytical Chemist to join their busy QC team to analyse their pharmaceutical raw materials and products. This is a great opportunity to join this company who have on-site parking.

The Job

The successful Analytical Chemist will work within a GMP laboratory environment on a range of duties, including;

• Carry out analytical testing using mainly HPLC in addition to techniques including GC, UV-Vis and wet chemistry techniques.
• Prepare samples for analysis
• Routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Report and interpret results
• Escalate and OOS or OOT results

Your Experience

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience;

• Industrial experience with HPLC
• Any industrial experience would be advantageous
