About the role
A highly prestigious elite US firm is seeking to add a mid-level Competition and Antitrust lawyer to its growing team.
The firm is known for being highly collaborative and promoting a respectful culture. It has and continues to benefit from significant investment over recent years, making this an exciting time to join. Working at this firm you will be remunerated at the top of the market.
In this role, you will advise a broad spectrum of clients including private equity, sovereign wealth funds and corporates on the full range of EU and UK competition law. Including multi-jurisdictional merger control, foreign investment strategy and filings as well as cartel investigations and antitrust compliance issues.
Requirements :
- At least 2 years of PQE gained at a leading City or large regional firm
- Strong experience in merger control
- An exemplary academic record
