Position Overview:

As an Apprentice Customer Service Consultant at Epos Now, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey designed to develop your skills and knowledge across all aspects of our service processes. From welcoming new customers and providing training to deepening your understanding of our platform and services to resolve technical queries, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction. This apprenticeship program will also lead to the attainment of a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service, delivered in collaboration with our training partner, Learning Curve.


Key Responsibilities:


Welcome and assist new customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Provide training to customers on our platform and services.

Develop expertise in our products and services to effectively resolve technical inquiries.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering exceptional service and support.

Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company-wide objectives.

Actively contribute to the implementation of Epos Now's values in daily operations.
