Architect- Project Lead

I'm currently assisting a world renowned Architectural practice in their hunt for a Project leading Architect on a permanent basis. It's for a prestigious company with a strong international presence with multiple offices across the world as well as multiple offices within the UK. This role is specifically for the London office, salary is circa £45,000 depending on experience.

It's important you're arb registered and should have at least 2 years PQE to be considered. As the title suggests a large part of this position will be your ability to run and manage a project from start to finish. You'll need to demonstrate several examples where you have working on a project from start to finish. Management experience will be required, initially it will be a small team to manage, this will grow over time. As with these types of positions a strong communicator is a must as you'll be working alongside the client heavily throughout the process. The client itself is well known and you'll need to be able to handle the demands that come with such work. Site experience is a must, a large part of the role will be on site.

Sounds of interest, what's the project? It's commercial. The company in particular specialise in a variety of sectors such as residential, hospitality, infrastructure and more. This is to add to the already well established commercial team and a track record of working on large scale offices and workplace schemes is required. 

Revit fluency is required. The company in question were early advocates and users of the BIM process and of using Revit so you'll be expected to hit the ground running with this from day 1. Experience of managing teams using Revit would be beneficial. 

Is there a hybrid working policy? Yes. Of course depending on work flow and meetings there is the option of working 3 days in office and 2 from home after the initial embedding period.
