Job Title: Architect
Salary: 32,000 - 40,000
Location: Stockport - Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

A renowned design team is currently seeking a qualified Architect with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience to join their expanding practice. The team specializes in projects across diverse sectors such as health, education, blue light (including specialist ballistic training facilities), and commercial spaces.

Known for delivering creative design solutions within commercial and budget constraints, the team is expanding due to recent project successes. This presents a unique opportunity for an exceptional Architect to join the experienced design team and receive mentorship across various sectors and construction methods.

Job Summary:
The role involves supporting projects across sectors such as blue light, and healthcare, and education, with project values typically ranging between 2 - 20mil

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

* Execute tasks across all RIBA Job Stages 0-7.
* Analyze client business cases, strategic briefs, and fundamental project requirements.
* Formulate project objectives and ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Create conceptual and developed designs, encompassing all BIM outputs.
* Specify materials, compile tender applications, and engage in negotiations with contractors.
* Maintain projects within specified financial budgets and deadlines.
* Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and assess quality.
* Resolve challenges and oversee environmental impact management for projects.

Key Skill / Experience Requirements:

* Hold RIBA Part 3 qualification and be registered with ARB.
* Possess a minimum of one-year post-qualification experience.
* Demonstrate experience with larger projects involving multiple stakeholders.
* Essential proficiency in Revit/BIM applications.
* Showcase outstanding presentation and design skills.
* Familiarity with Photoshop and Desktop publishing software.
* Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Collaborative team player willing to support the broader team.
