Role:

• Leadership opportunity with the potential for progression.
• Reporting to and working closely with the OperationsManager and General Manager, you will have responsibility for developing and improving the performance of a high volume, fast moving 'blue collar' operation.
• You will lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• You will identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve.
• This is a leadership role, requiring engagement and coaching to improve performance.

Skills / experience required:

• High volume / fast paced, blue collar, machinery driven operations experience is preferable.

Remuneration:

30,000 - 35,000 + Bonus
