A large, nationwide electrical wholesaler is looking for an
ambitious Area Sales Manager to join their business in Grimsby. This
is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused
environment where you can make an impact and build strong B2B
relationships.
You'll be joining the fastest growing electrical
wholesaler in the UK who already have 100 branches across the country
(with a plan to have 300 open in the next 10 years). They are a
well-established, forward-thinking industry leader who offer excellent
opportunities for career development and
progression.
Role Responsibilities
As
an Area Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Being at the forefront of representing the company and building strong relationships with customers
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Meeting sales targets and increasing the profitability of the business
- Presenting, communicating and negotiating with a wide range of customers
- Having autonomy over managing your own customer accounts and diary
Rewards

Manager, you will receive a package including:
- Starting salary between 34,000 - 40,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements
To be successful
in this Area Sales Manager role, you should be:
- An experienced salesperson (internal or external)
- Ideally from an electrical wholesale background or similar (wholesale/distribution industries e.g. contractors, builders merchant, plumbing and heating, etc.)
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Ambitious and results-driven
- Entrepreneurial with the ability to capitalise on opportunities
