Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is seeking a Digital Sales & Marketing Executive (Germany & Netherlands) . The role will report directly into the Regional Head of DTC & Digital for Arlo Europe, while working closely with the rest of Arlo Europe Organization.

Strategic context and Value propositionVerisure is the leading provider of monitored security solutions in Europe. In 2019, we formed a strategic partnership with Arlo, a world leader in connected cameras. Verisure acquired all rights to Arlo’s European business, in particular, the exclusive distribution rights for Arlo branded camera products for all sales channels in Europe, including e-commerce and retail. Additionally, Verisure is entering into a supply agreement with Arlo whereby we get access to the full portfolio and past and future innovation stream of Arlo camera products to sell through the Verisure direct or partner channels across all our countries.
Today, Verisure does not focus on e-commerce and retail channels.Instead, we drive our core go to market channels: direct field sales, Alliances and telesales.The acquisition of Arlo Europe now gives us a leadership strong position in these two emerging and important future emerging channels for our business. This transaction has strategic importance.Camera led subscription services building on surveillance versus professionally monitored security are now creating attractive incremental growth opportunities.

Arlo Europe is present in 49 Countries and its expansion is continuing rapidly . The Digital Sales & Marketing Executive will support our growth in line with a strong and visionary Management that is creating a robust business plan for value creation.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for delivering sales against targets for the D2C ecommerce channel (Germany and Netherlands)
- Meet quarterly target sales on revenue, camera units and camera mix
- Collaborate with D2C Team to deliver and successfully execute the promotional calendar
- Brief into Design team any required assets to support execution of the promotional calendar
- Work closely with wider sales teams (omnichannel and Amazon) to ensure we optimize sales across all channels and avoid cannibalization
- Monthly forecast planning of product SKUs for local market
- Quarterly reporting to the wider business
Deliver website content improvements & drive KPI performance for Arlo.com
Improving conversion rate on Arlo.com
- Identifying opportunities to increase website performance by monitoring KPIs such as bounce rate, website load time, customer satisfaction, abandoned purchases and conversion to purchase.
- Analysing and recommending optimisation areas based on insights you have gained via our performance tracking platforms.
Content authoring via our CMS (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Work with our Digital Content Co-ordinator to prioritise and execute Arlo.com change requests via our CMS
- Site audits to detect and report content inaccuracies
- Blog management – keep articles refreshed and up to date, reporting back on performance
- Keyword optimisation for local markets to increase organic traffic
Overall responsibility for the accuracy of content on the local website
- Ensure translations are accurate and displayed in the best way to ensure premium CX
Increase NTB (new to brand) customers to Arlo.com
- Analyse digital metrics to identify trends and insights, leveraging data to enhance performance and report on effectiveness by tracking ROI and KPIs
- Optimization and localisation of paid media
D2C & Ecommerce Research and Insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Uncover areas of improvements on our KPIs and opportunities to grow our D2C business
Role based in London Victoria, UK or Dusseldorf, Germany or Munich, Germany (hybrid)

Candidate profile
Key requirements:
- Fluent in German and English
- Based in Germany or UK
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing or working closely with Digital Marketing Teams responsible for SEA, SEO, social media, email marketing and affiliate marketing
- Minimum 3 years of work experience within the field of Digital Marketing or Digital Sales
- Experience in CMS content authoring (an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to make data driven decisions to improve website performance metrics (GA4)
- Understanding of what influences customer behaviour on site. e.g. UX principles
- Experience working in a D2C ecommerce environment beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in utilising Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word etc.
