Full Job Description

Vision for Education are recruiting for an outstanding, experienced Art & Design Teacher for a secondary school based in Preston starting May 2024.

About the role

The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status in the UK and experience of teaching Art & Design at KS3 and KS4 level.

This role will start May 2024 and to cover a resignation. The role will be temporary till July 2024 with the option to go permanent with the school from September 2024.

This role is suitable for both ECT’s and experienced teachers.

The successful Art & Design Teacher will work in a supportive and friendly department and wider school environment. Requirements

To be considered for the role of Art & Design Teacher you will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have some knowledge or previous experience of Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
  • Be adaptable and flexible
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Hold QTS
